General Questions
"ICH LIEBE" is German for "I LOVE". You say it like "iikh LEE-buh" (fancy, right?).
At ICH LIEBE, each of our print motifs is produced in limited quantities, and some are rarer than others. We use five rarity tags to show just how exclusive each motif is, with 'Legendary' being the most sought-after. All our motifs are premade, and when you order an item, we print it on your chosen piece of clothing just for you, which reduces the number of remaining motifs of that kind. And when a motif is all used up, it's gone for good.
Levels of Rarity: Common > Uncommon > Rare > Epic > Legendary

Orders & Shipping
After you place an order on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, or Instagram, you'll get a confirmation email to let you know it was successful! We'll then pack your goodies and get them ready to go. Once we ship your items, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Make sure to check your spam/junk folders if you can't find the confirmation emails. Your shipping confirmation will include a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives. It might take a few hours for the tracking info to update, so hang tight.
If you think your order might be lost, just hit us up on Zalo, email, or any of our social media channels & shop platforms, and we'll sort it out for you!
If your order hasn't shipped yet, no worries! Just contact us on the shop platform where you made your order and give us your order confirmation number. We'll handle the rest!
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us on the shop platform where you made your order, mention your order confirmation number, and give us the new address. We'll take care of it! Just remember, we can't make any changes once your order has shipped.
Since we make each product just for you when you order, it takes a bit longer to deliver. This helps us reduce overproduction, so thanks for choosing us!
Once your package is on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email from the platform you ordered from. You can track your package anytime using the provided tracking link or number.
Right now, delivery usually takes 3 - 6 working days (Monday-Saturday).
Sorry, but we can't ship items as gifts right now. We're working on it, though!
If something's wrong with your order, don't sweat it! Just contact us on the shop platform where you made your order. Include your original order number and let us know which item(s) were missing or damaged. We'll get it sorted for you!
Product info & washing instructions
To keep your ICH LIEBE gear looking fresh, wash it inside out at a max of 30°C and air-dry it (no tumble dryer, please!). This not only helps the environment but also makes your clothes last longer. Avoid using fabric softener on printed textiles - it can mess up the print.
You'll also find washing instructions on the label of your body sleeve.
