Shipping & Returns

If you're ordering online via Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, or Instagram:

• You've got three days from when you get your order to send it back, as shown on your shipping receipt.
• This policy applies once for full-priced products only. Returns need to have all original stamps, tags, labels, invoices, and be unused - no strange odors, please!
• This return policy is for all products with the same price or higher in our system.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping fee. If there's a manufacturer error or the wrong product was delivered, ICH LIEBE will cover 100% of the shipping and exchange fees.
• This policy doesn't apply to discounted products or products in other promotional programs.
• ICH LIEBE doesn't accept returns or refunds if you just change your mind.
